How do I pay for a laptop?+
You can pay with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa / Mixx, Airtel Money, or with cash on delivery. For mobile money, send the payment to our Lipa number and enter the transaction ID on your order.
Do you deliver outside Dar es Salaam?+
Yes. We deliver in Dar es Salaam and to other regions of Tanzania, including Arusha, Dodoma, Mwanza, Mbeya, Zanzibar. You can also collect your order from the shop.
What does Certified Refurbished mean?+
A certified refurbished laptop has been used before and is checked and tested by our technicians before it is sold. Brand new and open-box laptops are labelled separately on each product page.
How do I check my order?+
After you order you get an order number. Enter it with your phone number on the Track order page to see whether your order is confirmed, on the way or delivered.
